The East Ravine Project has been released for bid and key dates are:
Project was released for bid on April 15th, 2025
Bids are due on Friday, May 9th, 2025, with the Bid opening the same day at 11:00 am at JWSWC
On site Pre-Construction meeting with prospective bidders is April 25, 2025, at 9:00 am
Construction is expected to begin late July and has a completion date of November 21st, 2025.
Once again this is a large project that includes the replacement of approximately 2300 feet of water main, 8 fire hydrants, 25 water services, and complete restoration of the roadway.
We replacing over 2100 feet of water main from Vinewood Ave south to 87th Street which includes new connections to 40 homes
